Driver Education Classes are given based on instructor availability.
For Current Students:
The GED Works program will pay for people currently taking GED classes through the Bethel Regional ABE Program to travel to Bethel and spend seven (7) days at the Yuut Elitnaurviat Campus in Bethel. Five (5) days will be spent learning how to drive with a Certified Driving Instructor for two hours per day. The rest of the time will be spent working on passing the GED Test Battery, and then taking it. Flights, meals, lodging, course fees, and your test fees will be paid for through the GED Works Program. You will only be accepted based on the recommendation of the Bethel Regional ABE Program AND a letter of intent to hire by a local employer. To see a sample letter of intent to hire click here.
